Organising a club trip abroad is a thankless job. You collect the deposits, you field the questions about bike boxes, and you are the one who gets blamed if the hotel turns out to sit on a dual carriageway.
We take that off your hands. Every tour on this page runs as a private trip for your cycling club, on your dates, with your people and nobody else. The support car carries luggage, spare wheels and anyone who has had enough for the day. Your guide is local, and knows which café is open on a Tuesday.
These tours work well for cycling clubs if:
Some clubs like to ride as one bunch all week, others prefer to split by pace. Either works. Tell us which you are.
Send us your dates and we will come back with a route, a price per rider and a rooming plan.
Each of these runs as a private club departure on dates you choose, with a support car and a local guide for the whole week.
Cycling clubs often arrive with a route already in mind, a pass someone read about or a stage from a race they watched. Send it over and we will turn it into a supported trip for your group, on your dates.
The Via Transilvanica is one we run this way. It is Romania's long-distance signature route, over 1,400 km from Putna in the north down to the Danube at Drobeta-Turnu Severin, and it is built to be ridden in chunks rather than end to end. Pick a region and it makes a strong club week, as long as your riders are happy on gravel.
Tell us roughly what you have in mind and we will say honestly whether it works as a club week.
